While our Shopping List requires that you to enter a valid Credit Card Number, there are no charges until final confirmations are made with you.

Should you not want to give us this number until later, you can either enter 00/00 on the expiration date, or you will have to email us with any requests to contact0711@shopfelix.com (please include item# and description). If you are sending your request via email, we will need to know your address, or we can not finalize shipping charges.

Because we use a variety of shipping methods, shipping costs may vary. Generally the faster you need an item and the further away we ship from our Southern California location, will effect the shipping costs. Also, should you order multiple items, this will may help in reducing overall shipping fees.

We provide the shipping charges here, from past experience. Generally, shipping should not exceed the price when listed at this web site. Also, at this time we ship only within the United States, and those folks in Alaska and Hawaii, we can only Air Ship to you, which will result in different shipping charges (generally additional) than what is stated at this web site.

ShopFelix.com is the internet site, that started with our store in Rowland Heights, California, Felix Gift & Jewelry. While being a seperate company, most of the items found at shopFelix.com can also be found at Felix Gift & Jewelry and we invite you to visit. Being that we are a retail store, we have developed a pretty large list of suppliers of Asian and Italian Furnishings and Gifts, and occasionally import direct as well.

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you can return it. Please contact us before sending items back.

When ordering items with Glass, Stone or Mirror, while all care is taken, these items have been known to break on occasion. We will replace the broken item, or re-imburse you the cost should you and shopFelix.com decide that it is easier / more expedient / convenient for it to be done at your end.

Most of these furnishings are made by hand. There will be occasions where hand-crafted and natural wood materials do not match exactly the images shown on this web-site. Also, due to differrent computer systems and monitor settings, exact color matches can not be guaranteed. If you are trying to match color of previous purchases, we may require you to send us a sample to varify the closeness of color, texture, etc.
